In my role as Human Resources Manager I came into contact with all aspects of an organization. My fields of work consisted of determining the HR Strategy, HR work processes such as selection and recruitment, job & job classification, performance management, training, payroll, trade unions, Works Council, CPBW, labour prevention, ... in particular ‘The upper stream' of the organization, which is visible and cognitive.

Culture, dynamics, commitment, experience, expectations, criteria, motivation ... are known as the undercurrent of an organization. This undercurrent is often invisible and emotionally charged.

With over 30 years of business experience in national and international organizations in the private sector and as an ICF certified business coach, I am the ideal discussion partner. I easily trace the pain points in an organization, which enables me to turn them into new thinking and behaviours.

Through my traumatic experiences in my life (fatal traffic accident of my life partner and victim of an armed robbery myself) I have become fascinated in the search for recovery in order to get re-rooted. I felt called to lend a helping hand to fellow human beings. This makes me a good discussion partner and sounding board (Traumacoach - Annick Rogiers).
